Therapy Individual therapy - $125 per session
Couples/Family Therapy -$150 per session
Psychiatry Psychiatric Evaluation - $350

PLEASE NOTE: There is a $50 deposit and a credit card on file required for this service even if using insurance

Nutrition Counseling - $110 per session
Coaching - $75 per session
Organizing $80 per hour

In order to best serve our clients we require notice for cancellations. We require 48 hours notice for Psychiatry services and 24 hours notice for all other services. Clients who cancel late or do not show for an appointment will be assessed the following fees:
Psychiatry $150 for late cancellation or no show for intake $60 for late cancellation or no show for follow up
Therapy and Other Therapeutic Services $50 for late cancellation or no show for appointment
Our services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee assistance plan. Please check your coverage carefully by calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card and asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- Do I have a co-pay and how much is it?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Although not all of our providers are participating with all of the above insurances, our staff will assist you in determining which providers are participating with your particular network.
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Cash, check, debit card, Health Savings Account, Mastercard, Visa or Paypal.
If you do not show for your scheduled therapy appointment, or you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $60.00 for Medication Management and a $50.00 fee for all other services, as we will be unable to bill your insurance company for this.
