Seeking sensitive, warm and skilled Psychologist (PhD, PsyD or Masters with Psychologist license) to work part time to full time at an insurance based holistic counseling practice with openings in our Philadelphia locations. Perform individual, couples, family or group psychotherapy depending upon your interests and experience. Must be willing to work some evening or weekend hours.

PA PSYCHOLOGIST LICENSE REQUIRED
Managed care credentialed preferred.
Signing bonus for each insurance company you are already credentialed with.
Comfort with technology required, experience with Electronic Medical Records preferred.
Minimum of 2 years post licensure experience preferred
For part time work, compensation is a percentage split commensurate with experience. Full time work offers choice of percentage split or salary, health benefits and PTO.

You will be part of a team responding to phone and email inquiries from clients wanting psychotherapy or medication. You will be responsible for timely response, offering a friendly, calm and supportive manner while you gather information about their insurance, clinical needs and preferences for location, time and type of therapist. You will enter demographic information and schedule initial appointments for these clients in our Electronic Health Record system, verify their insurance benefits and keep information on the intake and referral process on specialized software. You will be responsible for learning about our 40 + therapists, our locations, treatments we offer and insurances we accept.
Must be comfortable handling a high volume of contacts, 30 + calls/contacts per day.
This is a 25 hour per week position during standard business hours. Bachelor degree REQUIRED. Degree in Psychology preferred. Experience in the customer service and the psychology field preferred. Experience implementing insurance verification preferred. Proven working knowledge of Excel, Google docs required. Comfort with learning new computer systems quickly.
